But they do candle light marches in America...

While, we are all justifiably angry at the death of rape victim, this has fast become another Anna Hazare'ish effort for the media. I am not disputing that we need tougher laws for violence against women, but the problem doesn't begin or end there.

In rural India conditions for women are abysmal, with women for the larger part have to answer the nature's call either before sunrise or sunset. Yes, imagine living in a colony where there are no toilets anywhere not even communal ones.... Imagine your life as a woman there...

Now, you still wonder as to why there is lack of confidence in women later in life...? I can vividly recall that during early eighties Charan Singh being blamed for his proposal to build rural toilets. Similar thing happened to MGR in Tamil Nadu as well, by the same elite which is holding candle light marches now, as it is fashionable.

Unless and until you remember all this during election time, such protests are just sham and are totally useless, politicians have learned to ignore this already.. I have to break the news to you all.....

I have a legitimate reason to be skeptical of this elite as well. E.g. after the Mumbai terror attack, there were candle light marches all over but within 3 months the same set of bastards were re-elected.

3IDIOTS Alert: 2013-001

3Idiots Alert:

There is likely to be a "Hang Modi" night by our NDTV brigade who are desperate to redeem Rahul baba after the drubbing in Gujarat and bleak prospects in running against Modi for Lok sabha.

The latest broom is likely to be "Big blow for Modi, SC upholds Gujarat Lok Ayukta" "Governor wins etc..." ad nauseum...

What are the facts
  • the SC accepted Gujarat government's contention that the governor must consult and act on the advice of the cabinet on such issues.
  • It upheld the appointment of Justice Mehta as Lokayuktha, despite lack of consultation by the governor (highly corrupt, and being prosecuted by Rajastan lokayukta for landscams etc, Kamla Beniwal) since the chief justice of gujarat HC has also advised for Mehta, it is alright.
  • Going further, the SC totally expunged caustic comments made on Modi and the gujarat government by HC judge. Agreeing with the gujarat government actually.
Yet this is likely to be made out to be a big blow for Modi by our secular bridage. For more details on what actually happened read http://vicharak1.wordpress.com/2011/08/30/facts-why-was-lokayukta-delayed-in-gujarat-for-seven-years/ and make up your mind yourself.....

The anti-Hindu, english media poses the biggest threat to our secular character as a nation, please get yourselves educated about them.... You can also refer to http://www.mediacrooks.com

How to get rid of die hard fans… Or Skyfall movie…

I have been a die-hard Bond movie fan for decades and each movie has seen by me at least twenty times… I go to the bond movies for Gadgets, Dashing Debonair attitude, exceptional action sequences, special effects evolving with the current technologies and of course Bond Girls. The witty dialogues that happen between the villain/girls/Q/M/MoneyPenny and bond were increasingly appealing as I grew from a young boy to a mature adult (my wife still disagrees with the mature part…) and as the intent/meaning of the wit became more apparent. Similarly the technical gadgets also evolved with my understanding and appreciation of technology. So in essence I had a good thing going – now along comes “the new better bond” franchise, the ugliest bond of all and even uglier heroine. Since Casino Royale I am feeling let down, with attempts to introduce emotion and sensitivity to Bond.

Folks, if those were truly requirements then intelligence agencies will hire from feminists and national commission for women -- for their agents and bosses, begin discussions on whether something can be resolved through dialogues and finally, remove all action.

Things have gotten so bad, that “Ek Tha Tiger” was really much more enjoyable than SKYFALL ! Ayan has better action and story than skyfall !!! It appears that Bond is after an Oscar award. Surprisingly, critics are ranting and raving and giving a huge thumbs up - for this “humanizing of Bond”. Not just bond this non-sense is being played out with Batman/SuperMan etc. Folks, I hate to break it to you… these are supposed to be super hero movies and even the humans are supposed to be out of the ordinary… Even in bond movies, whether it was Halle Berry, or Michelle Yeoh -- women spies were also being showcased as equally capable and just as ruthless as bond. Even Spy Who Loved Me a while ago, had a ruthless Russian female equivalent...

Too bad that Bond franchise is increasingly politically correct. If this is what a bond movie is going to be all about in the future, I will settle down to watching tear jerk-er soaps and movies. Only thing that will be extra are duets, dancing in groups and running around trees…

Time to update all my earlier bond movie collections to blu-ray and settle down comfortably at home. It is not safe to leave the comfort of your home for the latest bond movie. Unless a 3d version of those earlier ones is released, no way I am coming back..

Very disappointed.... and yes, still die a hard bond fan... All is not lost, still there is still Steven Seagal...

A Rare gem indeed…(Oh My God…)

I watched Oh My God and went with a very sober expectation (a secular trash, Akshay Kumar slapstick and Bollywood Bikini Bonanza). Seriously, that is all you can expect from Karan Johar inspired clubs that dominate bulk of the movies. The rare exceptions are Salman Khan and Aamir Khan now-a-days. Boy, I was shell shocked by the mature, balanced portrayal of believers vs. non-believers. Seriously, this movie is that good. Don’t believe the secularist media whose reviewers all trashed this movie -- as the main protagonist becomes a believer in god in the end!!! This anathema to this intellectual club and that is the only reason for the pathetic reviews you see in main stream media…

First of all, this is a Paresh Rawal Movie, period. He is there in every frame and makes his presence count. It is an award winning performance, how a common man who was hit by an “Act of GOD” – again as defined by man – goes after GOD ! In the whole mature set of sequences that follow, the movie in a very balanced way cutting across all religions and beliefs puts forth a point of view. The strength of the movie is that it has no bias or prejudice in any frame ! Excellently written script and powerful dialogs that really sink in like an arrow through your heart and mind. Literally, opening a window to the world, people, religion & beliefs.

The person, who most surprised me in the movie is “Mithun Chakraborthy”, his portrayal of Nithyananda+SaiBaba inspired character is awesome. An arrogance of knowledge, a demeaning attitude towards the believers (Whom he sees as those without any other option) are done picture perfect ! Next, Akshay Kumar who portrays a very calm demeanor, without any of his usual slapstick attempts etc. He carries himself as god very well indeed. Though it is portrayed as a serious critic of Hinduism, a rank bad idea for publicity designers, it equally criticizes those commission brokers who stand between you and your salvation. This is a real secular movie which goes after an issue and not any particular religion/faith, hence it is unacceptable to the “secular reviewers”. Ignore those morons, please see it and encourage it.

The most meaningful message is delivered in the end where in despite Paresh Rawal’s effort at educating the public about “religious factories”, the cocky attitude that Mithunda displays when he says “My business will never shut down, as people are not God Loving, but GOD FEARING…!”. That was truly the icing on the cake, amen to that. I am sure that this movie would have been a better choice for OSCARS than BARFI, but then you have to please the NDTV brigade with your choice isn’t it … ?

A rare gem from Bollywood…. See it with teh whole family and encourage it...

What are the judges are afraid of ?

Recently, the SC pronounced a verdict in the SAHARA case against SEBI and about how the media with certain documents that were leaked did a story. The basis of the case is that somehow the media discussion about the case and public opinion is prejudicial to the SAHARA group.

In the olden days in some states we had a jury system where in Jurors will hear arguments and decide on the guilt or innocence of an individual. Even in that the presiding judge has the power to overrule the jury and pronounce a verdict on his own to prevent mis-carriage of justice.

Now, jury system has been abolished only judges deliver verdicts. Yet, the SC wants restrictions on discussion on cases in courts as it will be prejudicial hence subject to reasonable restrictions. Unless the media says the judge who is hearing the case has some reason not to be on the bench etc. I find it hard to understand how would it be prejudicial. We already have contempt of court as a means to deal with this…

Prejudice can occur only in the case of a bad judge, let us be clear about it. If the SC truly feels that it is a significant problem, then they probably should start cleaning up their own stables, instead of enforcing a tradition of sub-judice. Even sub-judice is not a law but a tradition, which is used by the corrupt to file a bogus case and them pre-empt all responses, by saying “the matter is sub-judice”.

I would have been happier, if instead of restricting free debate the SC had 1. Dispensed away with sub-judice as a notion/tradition completely and 2. Started cleaning up the fallible amongst its bretheren.

This judgment will do more harm than good as it provides (however unintentional) an avenue for the criminals to hide behind the sub-judice curtain. I sincerely hope that a constitutional bench sees the dangers and reverses this decision.

But, but… It is a secular riot….

Riot #1:

There is stunning silence on the violence in Assam with the perpetrators euphemistically called as “Bangladeshis” cloaking that is a straight out communal one perpetrated by Muslims against local BODOs. Bodos are reduced to a minority their land and way of life completely destroyed and once the Muslim population reaches a critical mass, regular fatwas are issued controlling everything from festivals to holidays. The “secular government” turns a blind eye to this, even disobeying the supreme court, bypassing it to create several loopholes in the citizenship act, right from “national population register” instead of enumerating non-citizens and enabling them to vote, illegally.

Today the “Assam CM, Tarun Gogoi” to his party’s media front (NDTV) mentions that you can’t compare Assam riots to Gujarat as the latter is communal and state sponsored. I wonder, why if he or the NDTV channel which keeps parroting this line, are not handing over the “firm evidence” they have to the SC or to the SIT ? Leaving that, if Assam riots are different as Gujarat riots were communal, then by definition the Assam riots are secular. So what is a secular riot ? If minorities kill Hindus in India it is a “Secular Riot” !!! It is a shame that Burqa didn’t quiz him on this, don’t hold your breath for that either…

Riot #2:

Recently there is lot of brouhaha over the “promotion” (== sacking/shunting) of Mumbai’s Police Commissioner. Watching this report has been a real comedy of sorts…

To give you context, recently a mob of muslims ran riot in Mumbai, though there was no local provocation of any kind. They assembled with petrol cans, steel rods, knives, machetes etc. in Azad Maidan and let loose. Set upon the minimal police presence with almost 50 police personnel grievously injured. Police had to resort to mild firing. The moron of the police commissioner, decided to act – but against the policemen who fired to control the mob. There were intelligence reports, people traveled with their weapons including rifles in local trains for almost 45 mins from their places of worship to reach Azad Maidan.

They completely desecrated the War memorials, damaged the flags; there were folks who were waving Pakistani flags as well. In any other civilized society the organizers would be behind bars, probably charged with sedition. But, this is “sickular” India. It took a Raj Thackeray to bring this problem to focus and launch a counter protest.

Now under pressure and other political expediencies the police commissioner has been moved out – that too with a promotion ! What an example for other officers to follow. The shocking thing in the whole episode was the column and comments of Mr. Javed Anand, if he is a respected journalist in Mumbai then god help that city and its framework. He actually says “The police in the past has been biased against the minorities, this is the first time they dealt with it in a secular way”. He is a pro-congress man, so if any of you had any doubts as to what secularism means for the congress and its allies (the NDTV brigade) there is no clearer definition. This also explains the rationale and (ill)logic behind the “Communal Violence Bill” proposed by the government.

Please educate yourselves, throw out these bastards come 2014 elections.

My post on the dangerous communal violence bill proposed by the Italian is at

"Fight Corruption but not the corrupt"

Well, does the above make sense to you ? If you are logical like me - it wouldn’t. Guess to whom it makes perfect sense… The Congress party (for known reasons) and to the 3Idiots (obvious but not yet known reasons) !!!

“Baba has become political”, “Baba has been unmasked”, “His movement is right wing” and then onto the usual “Hindutva forces are rallying and we need to be vigilant”, ‘Minorities are not in this fight” … ad nauseum. The 3Idiots do one up on party spokesperson themselves… The only competition amongst the 3Idiots is not for TRP ratings, but who can lick Antonio Maino’s feet clean and fast…

It is always not a very smart idea to fight an issue without fighting the perpetrators of that issue. Somehow this simple logic eluded Team Anna, the morons in that team started off very well, the media was also their ally as long as Anna said “Sonia has written a letter of support” and kept on appealing to her, the perpetrator, against the actions of PC, KS and SK. Each time Anna’s team was focused on mythical corruption issue and shied away from the fight against the corrupt at the heart of the nation (the UPA). They were also busy collecting pseudo secular points from the 3Idiots, by equating BSYeddurappa, Bangaru Laxman et al with Antonio Maino’s team and unfoundedly bringing Narendra Modi into the corruption net, even the congress failed to do that in Gujarat Elections. Trust me, what the former two have done is not even an hourly rounding error for the Italian’s team.  When fighting crime, you should get to the core of the rot and in that no one will have any doubt as to where the rotten core is… which is the Italian. Team Anna was rightfully abandoned by the constituency. They still haven’t learnt from this … Let us confine them to the dustbin in the fight against corruption.

Baba on the other hand, realized that you have to fight against the corrupt else you will become irrelevant. Despite all hurdles including the pliant media (to the Italian that is), successfully organized the protest. Declared “this most corrupt government has to go…” he categorically stated that the “fight against cleaning up the corrupt has to start with the Congress…”. That is it, all hell broke loose the Media is back to specials, wondering how a political movement will succeed in fighting corruption, with Hindutva thrown in for “liberal measure” – pun intended.

I am sure Sibal will come on NDTV with an upturned nose and declare that corruption is notional. Wait that is not it, I am already very excited with anticipation as to what Mr. PigVijaySingh will say in Azamgarh, on this. Ha, the real benefits of my life in India now…. When life itself is a comedy, what else you need…. !!!!
