Farmer's protest ? Dream ON....
With rampant delusion of socialism, plus decades of Garibi Hatao under congress India has developed a mental illness of glorifying poverty and anoint farmers into an underserving stage of Annadata, as if farmers provide their produce for free. Even in that farmers of Punjab are somehow a higher class who have to be taken care of at all costs by rest of India.
Punjab produces rice and wheat, with ever diminishing returns, drugs and destruction of industrial base the whole state is on a downward spiral. Crazywal led AAP is playing with fire exploiting the situation cleverly like they did in Delhi.
MP, produces more wheat than Punjab, even Waste Bengal produces more rice! Not to mention southern states, which dwarf punjab now. All by using lot less chemical pesticides and fertilizers. So much so that family elder ladies are asking for and purchasing MP wheat in Punjab. Also, fake companies like Sukhbir Agro all procure wheat from outside and sell it to government procurement centres within in Punjab at higher price making billions of dollars worth of profits....
Plus, canada funded Khalistanis who are the muscle behind AAP's win (financially) are also active in all so called "farmer's protests".
Imagine a "farmer" comes in in his 3crore Mercedes Luxury bus, with a spa in it to protest demanding Monthly pension of Rs.10000! That should paint a clear picture. Plus statements like "Modi is flying high after Ram Mandir inauguration, we want to bring him down and don't have much time before 2024 elections!" are openly made by protestors.
Farmers, are working like everyone else, anyone who cooks, cleans, works in offices, delivers packages etc. are also fulfilling a societal responsibility like farmers - there is nothing noble in farming alone. It is as good or as bad as any other. Also, why indulge only punjab? Most of the centre's budget for procurement goes to punjab farmers, while they produce less than 1% of indian agricultural output...
Bottomline, the union government should crackdown on these fake farmers and set an example for such andhoolanjeevis for the future.
